iAlerts are essential for online reputation management. On the iAlerts page of Rankur you can set up what types of notification to receive by email. Choose one or more of the following options:
- new mentions by important sources – you will receive an email every time when there is a new mention in important for you sources (blogs, news, Twitter, etc.)
- new negative mentions – you will receive an email every time when there is a negative mention
- the number of mentions increase irregularly – you will receive an email when there is an unusual increase in the number of mentions. This could be an indicator that something untypical is happening at the moment.
- new online reviews are published – you will receive an email when there is a new publication in review sites
In the Send email to section you should define the email address where you will receive notifications. If you want to include other email addresses (for example, email addresses of your colleagues), you should use a comma or a semicolon for separation.
In addition, you can filter the notifications by importance of sources (such as high, medium, low). The higher the importance, the less the number of notifications received.
